Our Company

Innovation Care first formed on the 07/04/1997 under the rather different name of The Silver Rooms (Stroud) Limited. There have been  various business interests, however the company moved to its current status of running care homes when Prospect House in Cinderford  was purchased in February of 2005. We expanded with the acquisition of Moor Court in October 2007. Innovation Care is a family run  business with the sole director being John Kidd.

The Future

Should another opportunity to purchase a quality property in  close proximity to Prospect House or Moor Court present itself, as a  company  we will look at the opportunity, We also continuously monitor opportunities outside of the core areas.
